A couple going to Dubai have apparently been captured for engaging in sexual relations before marriage after a specialist educated police the lady was pregnant.

Iryna Nohai, 27, and Emlyn Culverwell, 29, were making the most of their sunny break when Iryna began encountering stomach cramaps.

Emlyn, initially from South Africa, took his Ukranian life partner to a neighborhood clinic where a specialist inspected her before finding she was pregnant.

As Iryna lay in her doctor's facility bed, the specialist is said to have advised the experts she was pregnant and the couple were unmarried.

The case was evidently given to police who captured the couple for engaging in sexual relations before marriage, which is recorded as a criminal offense in the United Arab Emirates.

Emlyn's mom Linda said both sides of the family have been frantically hunting down answers regarding what occurs next.

Addressing Netwek24 , she stated: "Each time we attempt to get data, it feels as believed I'm hitting a block divider. "We don't know whether they have lawful portrayal."

Linda guaranteed the Ukrainian consulate is attempting to look for consent for the couple to wed or be ousted.

While formal charges have purportedly not yet been realized, Linda said Iryna was experiencing tests to decide to what extent she had been sexually dynamic.

The couple's families are endeavoring to send messages of affection and discover how they are.
